If you’re an Expert: Coach / Organization / Freelance Coach, Tutor / Fitness trainer/music teacher / Language tutor or any user replies to a review about your activities will also be visible on our platform. Remember that depending on the information you provide in your “Trust n Review” profile and your username, you may or may not remain anonymous.

• • Information about the activity and Expert: Coaches / Organization / Freelance Coach, Tutor / Fitness trainer/music teacher / Language any user you reviewed.
  • Whether you wrote a service review, a location review, or a review about an Expert: Coach / Organization / Freelance Coach, Tutor / Fitness trainer / Music teacher / Language Tutor or any user, Your review content and star rating.
  • Any product photos or videos you provide with your review.

  • Suppose we ask you to provide information or documentation to verify your experience, and you send us such documentation. In that case, we will collect and process the documentation for the purpose stated in the request.

• • The number of views and likes on your review and how helpful it is to others. We may also collect information on whether you have marked someone else’s review as “useful”.
  • If you have a business account, we may collect information related to your reports and replies to reviews. This includes your name, details of your company or organization or individual freelance coach or volunteer coach, the information you provide in your reply, the review you reported, the reason for the report, and the date it was reported.
  • We also collect and process verification data, including information about whether your user account or business domain is verified. During the registration process, we may collect your first and last name, images of any documents you submitted and the number and expiration date of those documents. This information is collected and processed to verify your identity and ensure the integrity of our platform.
  • We collect information about questions you asked on a business’s website, which includes the name of the Expert: Coaches / Organization / Freelance Coach, Tutor / Fitness trainer / Music teacher / Language Tutor or any user you asked the question to, the product you inquired about, the content of your question, the date you asked the question, and the business’s response to your question.
  • Information is provided through the “Find Reviewer” tool, including your full name, phone number, email address, and reference ID.
  • Your selected preferences are associated with your account, including specific consents you have given or declined, newsletters or similar email preferences, and cookies containing your preferences.
  • Communication information, including communications we receive from you, such as review notifications, feedback, help requests and queries via email and other electronic communication methods, and metadata associated with those communications, such as time and date.
  • Call recordings may include personal data (such as name and contact details) revealed during the call for training, quality control, and compliance purposes.

“Trust n Review” may collect information from other services, such as social networks, if you connect your “Trust n Review” profile with your social media profiles.

 This information is based on what you have made available on that social network and your privacy settings. The information we collect may include your name, email address, profile photo, and social connections.

• • Before connecting your social network profile with your Trust n Review profile, we will inform you of the information we will collect. You can disconnect your social network profile from your “Trust n Review” profile anytime. Still, your social network profile picture will remain on your “Trust n Review” It is recommended not to share any sensitive personal data, such as information about ethnicity, religion, or health, with “Trust n Review.”
  • The personal data processed is obtained directly from the user when they create an account with “Trust n Review” or engage with the platform by leaving reviews or responding to them. Additionally, third parties may provide us with information about you, such as when you sign up for an account via Facebook, which automatically fills in your account information. If a business requests that we send you a review invitation, they may provide us with your name, email address, and reference number, such as an order ID. Furthermore, information such as your IP address, location, device and browser information, and usage and profiling information may be automatically collected by “Trust n Review” as you use the platform.
  • The data controller responsible for personal data associated with invitations to write reviews on “Trust n Review” from businesses that use their services or from “Trust n Review” on their behalf are those businesses. If you have any queries or want to exercise your rights regarding personal data used in that context, please get in touch with the relevant businesses directly. For all other personal data associated with the platform, such as information provided during account creation, leaving reviews, or submitting replies, “Trust n Review” is the data controller.
  • We may utilize your data for various purposes, such as providing our services to you, including displaying your reviews and granting access to your user account or your company’s business account on our platform. Additionally, we may use your personal data to identify you as a registered user when you log into our platform and revisit it and enhance our platform and services. Our use of your personal data also includes responding to your inquiries, providing customer support, and sending you our newsletters.
  • We may also engage in several internal business activities, such as data analysis, audits, fraud monitoring and prevention, creating new products and services, enhancing or modifying our platform and services, identifying usage patterns, assessing the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and developing and expanding our business activities.   • The “Trust n Review” primary objective is to increase the visibility of reviews and make them easily accessible to a broader audience, thereby enhancing consumer knowledge about the platform and its reviews. Third-party services and companies, such as search engines like Google and Bing, businesses or organizations or individual Expert: Coaches / Organizations / Freelance Coach, Tutor / Fitness trainers / Music teachers / Language Tutor or any user that you reviewed on “Trust n Review”, and the ones that invited you to review their products, can show your reviews alongside your public user profile or your responses to reviews about your company if you have a business account on the platform.
  • Consumer portals, business portals, price comparison websites, and other similar websites where it is deemed relevant for users to search for reviews by “Trust n Review” can also display your reviews. Social networks are also included in the list of third-party services that can display your reviews and profile information if you connect your “Trust n Review” account with your social media profile.
  • If you respond to an invitation sent by a business via “Trust n Review” review invitation services, the business will be able to match your review with their invitation. However, the platform will not share any documentation you provide to verify your experience with the reviewed business.
  • Suppose you provide any information when replying to a message from a reviewed business using “Trust n Review” services. That information will be shared with the reviewed business unless you ask the platform not to share it.
  • “Trust n Review” may share your personal data with selected third-party companies and subsidiaries, known as data processors, who provide various services to support the technical operation and delivery of “Trust n Review.”
  • These third-party companies act as data processors for the personal data for which “Trust n Review” is the data controller. “Trust n Review” has data processing agreements with these companies, and they are obligated to act by “Trust n Review.”
